ITINERARY:
Your day begins with us picking you up from your hotel or cruise port in a luxury Mercedes sedan or Mercedes V Class Van with your private English-speaking driver that will inform you during the your trip about the Penedes wines region and our culture about of the Catalonia wines for preparing you to visit two of the most exclusive wineries of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
Our first stop is a family winery that has cultivated vines for more than two thousand years. Upon your arrival, you will be received by an expert winemaker to start your guided tour of the winery, during your visit your guide will tell you the fascinating history of this ancient winery as well as grape varieties, viticulture, wine making or optimal conditions for your storage, once the visit is over, it is time for a guided tasting wines with carefully selected tapas to underline the extraordinary nuances of the wine, Once the tasting is over, a convertible 4WD will be waiting for you to ride by the vineyards accompanied by your guide and a winegrower,
We will continue your Penedes wine tour traveling to the second winery specializing in cava (The cava is a very typical sparkling wine in Catalonia and something similar to French champagne) during your visit to this historic wine cellar will have the opportunity to enter the most exclusive area and the heart of the winery (La Capella) this is the heart and the oldest part of the winery where time stops and the most exclusive wines of the winery rest, We finish the visit with taste cavas with tapas to underline the nuances of the wine and improve the experience.

FIRST WINERY:

09:00 Pick-up from hotel or port

10:00 Welcome in the winery garden with a glass of wine and fruit

10:15 am Tour between vineyards in 4WD and tasting between vineyards

11:00 a.m. Guided tour of the winery and wine tasting in the amphorae room

11:30 am In the Augusta Room, final tasting of red wines with a small pairing and transfer to the next winery.
SECOND WINERY:

12:15 pm Welcome with a glass of rosé cava and chocolates

12:30 pm Guided tour of the winery. Special tasting at La Capella, the deepest and most secret place in the cellar.

1:15 p.m. In the Noble room, between barrels, tasting of sparkling wines vinified in barrels paired with km0 cheeses

1:30 p.m. Final tasting in the Boutique Room with a pairing of smoked products. Shopping and farewell.
