What is the policy on cancellations?

If you have to cancel your trip you will get your full deposit back provided you give 48 hours notice. There is also a full money back if your international transport is cancelled (flight or train) and if reasons of force majeure your ship cannot dock in Barcelona, for reasons out of your control. In these cases, we give back your money and we are proud to have a policy of cancellation that understands the predicament of the client.

Driver guide: This is the default tour option - In this case the tour will be guided by a driver guide, he is a person who performs the two jobs, he has great historical knowledge of the city and other locations on the outskirts of Barcelona where we provide our tours, he will accompany them at all time explaining the history of the locations that you visit whenever possible – Important: This option may not perform guided visits inside museums.

Licensed tour guide: This is the best option in case that you wish to make a more detailed tour inside of different attractions (museums), with this option you will enjoy a luxury vehicle with driver and an official tour guide that will accompany your group throughout time during your tour.
